The balanced diet is a nutrition model that best suits the natural needs of the body. After the cleansing treatment, it is another very important stage in exploring the secrets of proper nutrition, allowing you to maintain an excellent psychophysical condition throughout your life. Balanced nutrition is based mainly on fresh and unprocessed products, which in addition to complete protein, essential fatty acids, minerals and vitamins, also contain large amounts of enzymes, antioxidants and ballast substances (fiber, pectin), ensuring the ongoing and efficient cleansing of the body of waste products and toxins.

Therefore, the natural nutrition model we propose is based on wholesome products: vegetables and fruits, herbs and natural spices, wholemeal breads, cereals, bran, groats, natural rice, amaranth, wholemeal pasta, grains (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, linseed), legumes (peas, chickpeas, beans, lentils, soybeans), vegetable oils (linseed, rapeseed, walnut, olive oil), fish and fermented milk products etc.
