Sofra Health Institute in Mielno provides nutrition programs based on Dr. Ewa Dabrowska's diet in close cooperation with its author (since 2000). In addition, participating in the nutrition program is each time preceded by a thorough diagnostic and medical consultation conducted by our doctors.

The classic variant of Dr. Ewa Dabrowska's vegetable and fruit diet includes a variety of meals based on vegetables and fruits in raw, boiled, baked, and cocktail forms. The menu includes selected vegetables such as solanaceous, brassicaceous, leafy, root, onion, and low-sugar fruits (in limited quantities).

The foundation of the juice treatment is vegetable juices prepared according to special recipes, sometimes with a small addition of fruit. In the course of the day, patients drink as many as 9 different types of juices. They can also enjoy drinking herbal teas and mineral water. This variant of the fruit and vegetable diet is recommended for individuals who cannot consume solid food.

The boiled variant of the vegetable and fruit diet is recommended for individuals with various gastrointestinal ailments. The dishes prepared on steam are easily digestible, low in calories, and do not lose nutritional properties. The menu is based on the same ingredients as the classic diet and also includes vegetable cocktails.
