COVID-19

Security procedure for the provision of services at the Sofra Health Institute sp.z o.o.

  1. At Sofra Institute of Health, a safety procedure was developed and implemented to regulate the functioning of the Resort in the conditions of a strict sanitary regime. The aim of the Procedure is to increase the health safety of guests and employees and to minimize the epidemic risk.
  2. General provisions.

  3. Before opening the Resort for Guests, all employees were serologically tested for the presence of COVID-19 antibodies.
  4. The Resort complies with all the regulations and recommendations of the Ministry of Health, Chief Sanitary Inspector and WHO applicable to the combating of the COVID-19 pandemic.
  5. Only guests, employees and suppliers may enter the area of ​​the Resort.
  6. The duration of the suppliers’ presence is limited to the necessary minimum, and the delivery routes have been separated.

  7. The area of ​​the Resort is fenced and monitored 24/7.
  8. At the main entrance to the Resort, there is a board with telephone numbers to the competent sanitary and epidemiological station, the infectious ward of the hospital and medical services, as well as the organs to be contacted in the event of symptoms of the disease.

Important rules and information that Guests should know before arrival

  1. Each guest coming to the Institute is obliged to strictly observe the provisions of the Procedure.
  2. When arriving at the resort, you should be in good health, i.e. without any symptoms of infection. Pursuant to the law, we have the right to refuse accommodation to people with the symptoms of upper respiratory tract infection (cough, shortness of breath, increased body temperature, weakness). Therefore, the Company reserves the right to refuse to check in a person who fails to comply with the procedures or shows symptoms of the disease.
  3. If the Guest has been ill with COVID-19, it is their responsibility to inform us about this fact and submit two negative test results.
  4. Upon arrival, each Guest is obliged to complete the COVID-19 statement and return it to the doctor/nurse.
  5. Each Guest is required to see a doctor on the appointed date of the visit.

  6. Persons who do not follow the rules set out in the Procedure will be reprimanded by the staff and, as a last resort, asked to leave the premises of the Resort.
  7. Persons who are not guests, employees or suppliers, are forbidden to stay on the premises of the Resort.
  8. The preferred methods of payment are by card or telephone.

  9. The Resort does not provide laundry services for clothes belonging to guests. It also does not borrow an ironing board.
  10. The Resort does not lend windbreaks and deckchairs to its Guests.
  11. Blow hair dryers are out of use in the rooms and at the swimming pool. Blow hand dryers are out of use in public toilets.
  12. Publicly available pressure gauges and scales are out of use.
  13. The Institute has suspended the rental of rackets, tennis balls and Nordic Walking poles. You can use the court with your own equipment.

  14. Deckchairs on the shared terrace (Mielno) can be used with Guests’ own towels/towels provided in the rooms, after self-disinfecting the deckchair.
  15. Until further notice, the library is closed; all leaflets, newspapers and folders have also been removed from the building.
  16. It is forbidden to store any items belonging to Guests at the Reception: luggage, medicines or deposits.
  17. Personal belongings of Guests left in the room after check-out will be disposed of. Any items left by Guests in the dining room, offices, exercise rooms and the swimming pool are also subject to disposal.
  18. Until further notice, the Resort does not provide any services (treatments, meals, swimming pool) to non-guests.
  19. The Resort does not accept bookings with additional accommodation.
  20. Due to the necessity to decontaminate the dining room, the time of serving dinner has been changed from 18.00 to 17.30.

III. Common parts of the Facility

  1. Every person staying in the common areas is obliged to wear a mask/ face shield.
  2. The common areas (including the dining room, reception, fitness room, conference room) are disinfected with UVC lamps at least once a day.

  3. Cleaning of Common areas is carried out using agents with proven disinfecting efficacy and includes frequently touched surfaces and rooms, i.e.:

  4. handles, handrails;
  5. elevators and buttons in elevators;

  6. public toilets,

  7. At the entrance to the Facility and restaurant, at the reception desk, in public toilets and on each floor by the elevator, there are dispensers with hand sanitizing liquid.
  8. People staying in the common areas are obliged to keep a distance of 2 m between themselves.

Reception

  1. Reception staff serve Guests in gloves and are separated by a protective glass.

  2. There can be only one person at the reception desk.
  3. Before being served, each Guest is asked to disinfect their hands.

  4. After each Guest, the countertops, payment terminal and key-cards are disinfected.

  5. The check-in formalities at the reception desk are limited to the necessary minimum (including the GDPR clause and the patient’s card filled out in the room).

  6. The reception desk enables the purchase of disposable masks and disinfectants.

  7. It is forbidden to store any items belonging to Guests at the reception.

Hotel rooms

  1. Rooms are cleaned, disinfected and aired in accordance with the recommendations of the Chief Sanitary Inspector.
  2. Each time, after the Guest’s departure, the room is thoroughly cleaned, aired for min. 15 minutes, frequently touched surfaces (e.g. countertops, taps, toilet seat, desk, door handles, switches, TV remote control, armrests for chairs/armchairs, headrests of beds) are disinfected with dedicated agents and decontaminated with UVC lamps.
  3. The rooms are routinely cleaned at the explicit request of the Guest, during his absence, no more than twice a week. During this time, frequently touched surfaces are disinfected and aired.
  4. The cleaning staff perform their duties in personal protective equipment (masks/ face shields, gloves).
  5. Bed linen and towels are washed at min. 60°C and exchanged at the explicit request of the Guest.
  6. In each room there are instructions on how to properly wash your hands.

Dining room

  1. By the entrance, a disinfectant dispenser has been placed for persons entering the room.
  2. Guests entering the room are asked to keep a distance of 2 meters between themselves.

  3. The rules of social distancing are kept in the hall.

  4. Until they are seated at the tables, Guests are required to wear masks/ face shields.
  5. Each time after Guests leave the room, the tables and chairs are disinfected and the table covers are replaced.
  6. Spice dispensers and other additions to dishes are served upon request and disinfected after each use.

  7. After each meal, the dining room is decontaminated with UVC lamps and all dishes and cutlery are washed and scalded each time.

  8. All kitchen and waiting staff have an absolute obligation to work in personal protective equipment: gloves, masks/face shields. Kitchen workers are additionally equipped with disposable aprons.
  9. Guests are required to respect the agreed start and end times for meals.

VII. Nursing, medical and dietary offices

  1. Medical, nursing and dietary consultations / visits are held at strictly defined hours after prior appointment by telephone.

  2. At the entrance to each office there are hand sanitizer dispensers for entering persons.
  3. Two people can stay in front of the offices at the same time, keeping a distance of 2 m from each other.

  4. During the visit, a distance of 1.5 m between the doctor/dietitian and the Patient must be kept.
  5. Activities requiring direct contact between the Patient and the person conducting the consultations (measuring, weighing, pressure measurement) are performed by the doctor/nurse using personal protective equipment (gloves, masks /face shields).
  6. Hydrocolonotherapy treatment is withdrawn from the offer until further notice.

  7. After each visit, frequently touched surfaces and specialized equipment are disinfected.

  8. The offices are thoroughly cleaned, aired and decontaminated with UVC lamps at least once a day.

VIII. SPA and Wellness zone

  1. There are medical disinfectants by the entrance to the zone.
  2. The employees of the zone serve Guests in masks/face shields and gloves.
  3. Disposable personal protective equipment is replaced after each treatment.

  4. Treatments take place at strictly defined hours specified in the treatment card.

  5. Until further notice, inhalations and standard cryotherapy have been withdrawn from the offer.

  6. There can be only one person waiting for the treatment in front of the treatment room.

  7. After each treatment, all surfaces in contact with the Patient (couches, table tops, handrails, switches, etc.) are disinfected.

  8. The offices are decontaminated with UVC lamps at least once a day.

  9. During the treatment (with the exception of face treatments), Guests are required to cover their mouth and nose with a mask.
  10. Guests are forbidden to use mobile phones and other reusable private items sin the offices.

Pools and saunas

  1. There are medical disinfectants by the entrance to the pool area.
  2. The employees of the zone serve the Guests in masks/face shields and gloves.
  3. In the swimming pool and saunas, the number of people using these rooms at the same time is limited (due to the regulations).
  4. Until further notice, the steam sauna and Jacuzzi are out of use.
  5. In the dry sauna, 50% of the originally allowed number of people can stay at the same time.
  6. Before using the sauna, Guests are required to wash their bodies with soap and water.

  7. In saunas, Guests are obliged to sit on towels.

  8. Changing rooms and lockers are disinfected after each use.

  9. The pools and saunas area is decontaminated at least twice a day.

Sports halls and gyms

  1. By the entrance to the training rooms there are dispensers with hand disinfectant.

  2. In sports halls and gyms, there is a limit to the number of people who can participate in classes at the same time.
  3. Instructors working with Guests are equipped with personal protective equipment (gloves, masks/face shields), which are replaced after each class.
  4. During classes and exercises in the gym, participants are required to keep social distance (1.5 m).
  5. Equipment and accessories are disinfected after each use.

  6. The exercise rooms and the gym are subject to daily disinfection with UVC lamps and ventilation.

  7. Eating is absolutely forbidden in the Hall. Guests bring drinks in their own containers and take them back after the end of the class.

Children’s zone

  1. In front of the children’s playroom there are dispensers with a hand disinfectant.

  2. who bring their children to classes are required to maintain the recommended distance, cover their mouth and nose with a mask/face shield and ensure that children have their hands washed with soap and water before entering the room.
  3. The principle of social distancing must be observed in the playroom: people staying in the room should keep a distance of 2 meters from each other.
  4. All toys in the room are subject to disinfection at least twice a day: before opening and closing the room.

  5. The staff taking care of children are equipped with personal protective equipment (gloves, masks/face shield).
  6. The children’s playroom is aired and decontaminated with UVC lamps every day

XII. Staff

  1. An employee with symptoms of sickness is not allowed to work.

  2. Employees are obliged to immediately inform their immediate superior of any deterioration in their health.
  3. All employees of the Resort are equipped with personal protective equipment (gloves, masks/face shields).
  4. All employees have been trained in the special security measures and the application of the provisions of this procedure.

  5. Employees are provided with a liquid for disinfecting hands.

  6. In common areas intended for employees (locker rooms, back rooms, break rooms); the staff are obliged to observe the principles of social distancing.
  7. Common spaces for employees are decontaminated with UVC lamps every day.
