LOW-CALORIE DIET

The low-calorie diet (1500 calories) is primarily aimed at reducing body weight. It is directed to obese and overweight people.

Individual approach

We establish the nutritional program on the basis of an accurate calculation of the energy value of consumed foods. When preparing sets of dishes, we mainly rely on products with a low glycemic index, and the energy value of meals is limited to approx. 1500 calories.

Advantages of using the low calorie diet:

  • quickly visible effects in the first stage of weight loss
  • blood pressure reduction
  • increase in insulin sensitivity
  • reduction in the amount of medications taken
  • improvement of glycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes

Contraindications to the use of the low-calorie diet:

  • pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • celiac disease
  • type I diabetes
  • overactive thyroid gland (hyperthyroidism)
  • children and youth
  • chronic diseases of the liver, kidneys and pancreas
  • heart diseases

When preparing meals, we choose wholesome products that will provide you with necessary amounts of vitamins, minerals and enzymes. Dishes rich in vegetables and fruits will supply the body with valuable fiber, which prevents constipation and bloating, contributes to proper digestion and cleanses the body at the same time. Fish provides the body with valuable essential unsaturated fatty acids, while legumes add complete protein to the diet.
