7-day package with the classic diet is a suggestion for individuals looking for an active vacation by the sea without giving up their favourite homemade flavors. The menu is balanced but includes nutrients that are not recommended for certain civilization diseases. For that reason, this diet is not recommended for persons struggling with the so-called metabolic syndrome. The stay with a classic diet always begins on Saturday at lunch time (lunch at 13:30) and also ends on Saturday 10:00 (breakfast at 8:30).
