The package stay lasts from Saturday to Saturday. It begins with lunch at 13:30 and ends with breakfast at 8:30. The check-out time is 10:00.

The 7-day package stay includes (adult variant):

• medical and nurse care;
• consultations with a nutritionist;
• 1 physical therapy treatment per day in the series excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments);
• Aquatizer dry spinal hydromassage (7-day stay - 3 treatments)- for adults;
• fango wrap (7-day stay - 2 treatments) - for adults;
• morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 5 sessions) – for adults;
• pool gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 5 sessions) – for adults;
• spinal and respiratory gymnastics (7-days stay - 5 sessions) – for adults;
• body composition analysis 1 time per stay (minimum 7-day stay);
• Nordic Walking training classes 2 times a week;
• swimming pool - package (swimming, dry sauna, steam sauna);

• full board (breakfast, lunch, dinner);
• guests may select any tea sets during meals;
• in the case of any food intolerance to the vegetable and fruit diet, free elimination of intolerated ingredients;
