1 tablespoon grated or ground ginger,

1 glass of water.

A method of preparing:

Garlic should be peeled, then chopped or squeezed through a press and put into a tall container in which the drink can be blended. Add turmeric, ginger and pepper to the garlic. Pour the contents of the vessel with lemon juice, honey and water. Blend it all into a smooth juice. Pour into a dark bottle and leave overnight.
