During the seven-day health-promoting package, patients follow the Baltic health diet, a suggestion for those wishing to introduce prevention of civilization diseases and reduce weight.

DIET DESCRIPTION

The package includes:

medical and nurse care;
consultations with a nutritionist;
1 physical therapy treatment per day of the series excluding nitrogen cryotherapy (7-day stay - 5 treatments);
Aquatizer dry spinal hydromassage (7-day stay - 3 treatments)- for adults;
fango wrap (7-day stay - 2 treatments (for adults);
morning outdoor gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 7 sessions) – for adults;
pool gymnastics with a physiotherapist (7-days stay - 5 sessions) – for adults;
spinal and respiratory gymnastics (7-days stay - 7 sessions) – for adults;
oxygen therapy (7-day stay - 7 admissions);
a walk with an instructor;
body composition analysis 1 time per stay (minimum 7-day stay);

The baltic health diet is an offer for anyone wishing to try healthy, tasty and surprising cuisine for 7 days. Our menu, prepared with the highest quality products including those from local certified suppliers, is based on a few principles that are simple but salutary for our health:

as many fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables as possible;
legumes as a primary source of protein;
if fats, only the healthiest ones: omega-3 and omega-6 from fish, olive oil, nuts;
low-processed grain products as a source of carbohydrates;
herbs, garlic, cheese of the highest quality in small quantities for flavor and health.

The uniqueness of our diet lies in:

home-baked high-fiber prebiotic bread as part of the daily menu;
vegetables and fruits from certified sources and herbs grown in our organic greenhouses;
fresh, health-promoting vegetable and fruit smoothies based on our exclusive recipe, served daily as a snack;
four days of fasting (starvation diet), every Monday and Thursday, during which we treat you to vegetable broth and herbal infusions. For dinner, we serve a cocktail with a bouquet of vitamins.
