Very nice hotel. The rooms are neat and clean, adequately equipped, and very well soundproofed. The hotel itself is well-equipped and modern. A large recreational area and a beautiful area around the hotel. Great, very tasty food.

We spent a family holiday week in Sofra. We were travelling with a dog so we had an apartment in a separate part of the hotel. It is a huge advantage that you can come with your pet. It's nice that there is a choice of diet, everyone could choose what they like. Food varied, healthy, and nicely served. We used the pool, beauty treatments, physical therapy, and spa every day. All treatments were super professional, with great therapeutic spinal massages. If someone wants to recover quickly and get back on their feet then Sofra is a great place.

A very interesting facility worth visiting. The interiors are very interestingly decorated, large rooms and quite friendly staff. The equipment we found in the rooms is of good quality. You can rest peacefully in an intimate atmosphere.

The Sofra Health Institute spa hotel in Karpacz deserves a positive review. Nice atmosphere, good professional medical care and rehabilitation. Possibility to choose a suitable diet. Excellent treatments. Particularly noteworthy is the professionally performed Ayurvedic massage by a wonderful masseuse Ms. Anna, who on top of her professional knowledge and skills also has the wonderful qualities of a therapist. She is empathetic, welcoming, and very kind. Her warm hands and massage relaxed my tense muscles. A stay at Sofra Health Institute has regenerated my physical strength and energised me.
