Dr. Ewa Dabrowska's nutrition program implemented in Karpacz is more than a diet. It is a natural way to activate the body's capabilities. Combined with physical activity and supported by treatments, it brings delightful results.

Sofra Health Institute in Karpacz promotes a healthy lifestyle and introduces changes in eating habits, working closely with Dr. Ewa Dabrowska (since 2000).

Dr. Ewa Dabrowska's diet deacidifies the body and offers antioxidant properties. The menu includes raw vegetables and fruits, salads, green smoothies, soups, pickled vegetables, and large amounts of water with lemon. The diet in its raw form is recommended for people struggling with, among other things, obesity, high blood pressure, type II diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.

Dr. Ewa Dabrowska's boiled diet is aimed at people with gastrointestinal ailments. It is based on the same ingredients as the classic vegetable and fruit diet. All dishes, except for juices, are steamed. They are therefore low in calories and retain the nutrients essential for the proper functioning of the body.

During the juice treatment, patients receive 9 different types of juices daily, mostly vegetable juices, possibly with fruit added. The effect of juices is supported by herbal teas and mineral water. The juice diet is mainly aimed at patients whose digestive system, for various reasons, does not tolerate solid food.

As part of the vegetable and fruit diet in its classic form, patients consume meals based on root, cabbage, solanaceous, leafy, and onion vegetables, and a modest amount of low-sugar fruits. The menu includes boiled, roasted, and raw meals, as well as juices and herbal teas.
