Security procedure for the provision of services at the Sofra Health Institute sp.z o.o.
General provisions.
The duration of the suppliers’ presence is limited to the necessary minimum, and the delivery routes have been separated.
Important rules and information that Guests should know before arrival
Each Guest is required to see a doctor on the appointed date of the visit.
The preferred methods of payment are by card or telephone.
The Institute has suspended the rental of rackets, tennis balls and Nordic Walking poles. You can use the court with your own equipment.
Due to the necessity to decontaminate the dining room, the time of serving dinner has been changed from 18.00 to 17.30.
III. Common parts of the Facility
The common areas (including the dining room, reception, fitness room, conference room) are disinfected with UVC lamps at least once a day.
Cleaning of Common areas is carried out using agents with proven disinfecting efficacy and includes frequently touched surfaces and rooms, i.e.:
elevators and buttons in elevators;
public toilets,
People staying in the common areas are obliged to keep a distance of 2 m between themselves.
Reception
Reception staff serve Guests in gloves and are separated by a protective glass.
Before being served, each Guest is asked to disinfect their hands.
After each Guest, the countertops, payment terminal and key-cards are disinfected.
The check-in formalities at the reception desk are limited to the necessary minimum (including the GDPR clause and the patient’s card filled out in the room).
The reception desk enables the purchase of disposable masks and disinfectants.
It is forbidden to store any items belonging to Guests at the reception.
Hotel rooms
In each room there are instructions on how to properly wash your hands.
Dining room
Guests entering the room are asked to keep a distance of 2 meters between themselves.
The rules of social distancing are kept in the hall.
Spice dispensers and other additions to dishes are served upon request and disinfected after each use.
After each meal, the dining room is decontaminated with UVC lamps and all dishes and cutlery are washed and scalded each time.
VII. Nursing, medical and dietary offices
Medical, nursing and dietary consultations / visits are held at strictly defined hours after prior appointment by telephone.
Two people can stay in front of the offices at the same time, keeping a distance of 2 m from each other.
Hydrocolonotherapy treatment is withdrawn from the offer until further notice.
After each visit, frequently touched surfaces and specialized equipment are disinfected.
The offices are thoroughly cleaned, aired and decontaminated with UVC lamps at least once a day.
VIII. SPA and Wellness zone
Disposable personal protective equipment is replaced after each treatment.
Treatments take place at strictly defined hours specified in the treatment card.
Until further notice, inhalations and standard cryotherapy have been withdrawn from the offer.
There can be only one person waiting for the treatment in front of the treatment room.
After each treatment, all surfaces in contact with the Patient (couches, table tops, handrails, switches, etc.) are disinfected.
The offices are decontaminated with UVC lamps at least once a day.
Guests are forbidden to use mobile phones and other reusable private items sin the offices.
Pools and saunas
Before using the sauna, Guests are required to wash their bodies with soap and water.
In saunas, Guests are obliged to sit on towels.
Changing rooms and lockers are disinfected after each use.
The pools and saunas area is decontaminated at least twice a day.
Sports halls and gyms
By the entrance to the training rooms there are dispensers with hand disinfectant.
Equipment and accessories are disinfected after each use.
The exercise rooms and the gym are subject to daily disinfection with UVC lamps and ventilation.
Eating is absolutely forbidden in the Hall. Guests bring drinks in their own containers and take them back after the end of the class.
Children’s zone
In front of the children’s playroom there are dispensers with a hand disinfectant.
All toys in the room are subject to disinfection at least twice a day: before opening and closing the room.
The children’s playroom is aired and decontaminated with UVC lamps every day
XII. Staff
An employee with symptoms of sickness is not allowed to work.
All employees have been trained in the special security measures and the application of the provisions of this procedure.
Employees are provided with a liquid for disinfecting hands.
Common spaces for employees are decontaminated with UVC lamps every day.

The provisions of this procedure will be updated on an ongoing basis in line with the changes in regulations and recommendations.
