The Baltic health diet is an offer for anyone wishing to try healthy, tasty and surprising cuisine for 7 days. Our menu, prepared with the highest quality products including those from local certified suppliers, is based on a few simple but principles salutary for our health:
- as many fresh, seasonal fruits and vegetables as possible;
- legumes as a primary source of protein;
- if fats, only the healthiest ones: omega-3 and omega-6 from fish, olive oil, nuts;
- low-processed grain products as a source of carbohydrates;
- herbs, garlic, cheese of the highest quality in small quantities for flavor and health.
